    Fair Treatment to Customers

    Details on the TSM CAR FINANCE facility covering basic charges such as processing fees, partial payments, late payments, early settlements and repossession charges are shared with the customer. A rental sheet with an estimated monthly installment amount based on the type of vehicle, tenure of the loan, security/initial deposit, vehicle insurance and prevailing interest rates for both car loan and insurance are provided to the customer. Additionally, prior to delivery of vehicle a representative of the bank explains the terms and conditions binding to the customer and obtains an acknowledgement of the same to avoid any misinterpretations.
